I am a Registered Psychologist in Edmonton with a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta.  This program is one of the few CPA accredited Counselling Psychology programs in Canada, providing outstanding training and enhanced expertise in the field of psychotherapy.  I am also proud to be one of the founding members and partners at Red Tree Psychology, a thriving practice of professional psychologists who have come together to practice at our beautiful downtown location.  In therapy we will discuss your goals and work towards meaningful change in your life.  I work from a range of therapeutic frameworks including: Existential Humanistic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focussed Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-based Therapies, and Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT).
